About Us Palm Beach Confections has been owned and operated by Ted Soch and Merri Commins for over 25 years. We opened our first store in North Palm Beach, Florida in 1978 with the concept of manufacturing fresh, handmade chocolates in the clear view of our customers. Before long, Palm Beach Confections established a reputation for manufacturing totally unique hand crafted chocolates with old fashioned quality and personal service. Our stores are located in major shopping malls spanning the South Florida Coast. Each store has a fully equipped candy kitchen and manufactures the majority of it's own product. This allows us to maintain our original "fresh from the kitchen to the showcase" philosophy.
